Safeguarding

Distance learning and Online courses​

We assist students studying at Norwich colleges in finding and living in private rented accommodations. You can access a list of the private accommodations available through our subscription service.

Our property platform helps you find student housing in London and Norwich, offered by private landlords, letting agents, private halls, and other private housing providers.

Our experienced Housing Advice Team provides advice on various housing-related issues, including deposit disputes, maintenance problems, and concerns with letting agents. To further support this team, we have a dedicated firm of solicitors, Anthony Gold.

We organize housing-related events for students, including talks within colleges, webinars, training courses, flat mate finder events, and our annual Housing Fair.

For Landlords, Letting Agents, and Institutional Landlords (Student Hall Providers)

Our student property platform is the ideal place to list your property for rent. Verified students from our federation members can use our database to find suitable properties, whether it’s entire properties or individual rooms.

 

Landlords can utilize our property platform to advertise and manage their tenancies with students.

You can advertise your properties with us, set up an auto-feed, and book viewings through our platform.

We facilitate inquiries and booking requests from students for institutional housing providers.

Halls and facilities

The range of halls and types of rooms we offer is extensive: from modern self-catering flats through to traditional college-style catered halls of residence. You are assured of your privacy as all rooms are single occupancy.

Both single and mixed-sex accommodation is available, and there is the option of en suite or shared bathroom facilities. We offer specially adapted rooms for students with disabilities. All rooms have an Internet connection.

Facilities vary between halls, but many have their own social areas, music rooms and sports facilities.

We aim to ensure that our catered residents have choices available to meet most common dietary requirements, whether based on cultural, medical or religious needs. Residents opting for catered halls will be asked about their dietary requirements in advance and we will ensure that these are met, including halal meat, vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian options.
